I took the whole weekend! I did get to spend time outside and with family this weekend to reset and release a little. It was nice. My niece won all three of her lacrosse games in her tournament on Saturday. I was a proud aunt! I did get some good sunburn too! Also I started Severance! Hot damn you weren't wrong this show is really great!
I had been taking tryptophan supplements. I forgot I ran out. They really did help. They were a really good brand now if I can remember where I got them. Or just reset my eating habits again. I know how to. I just need to find the "want" to get back at it. I know it will make me feel better again. I have been smoking more. Nicotine and marijuana. The marijuana helps with the pain but I need to limit myself to certain hours like you said not too late so it doesn't effect my sleep.
I get some time this week alone. So I will be doing a lot of self care love and getting back to me. Thank you so much for making this and making me and us a priority! I miss our meetings and just shooting the shit with our people. I will get to the grocery store this week too. Time just needs to slow down. Lol
Hey, glad it helped and set things in motion for you. Remember, if you don't have that feeling, that mptivation to do it, its because you're stopped up emotionally and/or not getting the right foods. Always start there. Most of us are feeling unmotivated because we need a break, a release and to remove toxins from our lives, whatever they may be. I am still thinking about the meetings. I'm considering bringing back the Q&A for after I release the class. It allows for there to be discussion while also making sure the class stays tight. Much love to you and have fun this weekend. Remember, breathing, water and just sitting there. Its painful and difficult but worth it in the end when things start coming up
