What is Mind Mastery?
Mind Mastery is exactly what it sounds like. Gaining total mastery over your mind. That is, being present in every moment, and with every choice you make. We’re talking about getting granular with every synapse firing. Super-consciousness, ultra-instinct.
One of the most common problems I find when working with people is their inability to grasp just how great they are and how much greater they can be, with just a few simple adjustments to the way they think. The Mind Mastery series shows you how to do that, step by step, with a variety of techniques, exercises, protocols and understandings.
There are countless examples of people from all over the world achieving miraculous feats: learning entire languages in under a month, doing complex mathematics without touching a sheet of paper, extra-sensory perception, psychic ability, eliminating addictive habits overnight through speaking directly to the subconscious in dreams. The list goes on and on.
If you feel stuck in any part of your life, the Mind Mastery series can help. Although our issues and obstacles can often stem from external factors we have little control of, there is always a way to overcome the situations they create through better thinking, better organization, improved strategies and fresh perspectives. Where there’s a will, there is a way, and Mind Mastery is the map to that way.

We are undergoing one of the most harrowing moments in human history. Not only are our individual lives being pushed to the brink with stress, lack of resources and disconnection from our fellow humans, but the entire world is in a state of existential crisis. What we need now, is better ideas, new perspectives and fresh energy to solves the problems of the hour. Which have, of course, become enormous elephants in the room that put a question mark on all of our futures.
Mind Mastery is dedicated to helping people think and act better. Not just from an ethical or moral perspective but also from a strategic one. Think “The Art of War” for your entire life.
Mind Mastery Journaling: Everything You Need to Know About the Series
For this next installment in the series, I will be trying to convince you to journal. Yes, I know, something that seems outdated and antiquated. But it is a lost art and one worth retrieving.
It’s not about writing your life story in a physical journal every morning and night. The journal is only a tool to help you organize your mind. Which means there is an almost-unlimited amount of ways to do it. Categories, lists, rating systems and more, can take a regular long paragraph memoir style and turn it into something interactive, intuitive, rewarding and fun.
Keep in mind, the Mind Mastery journal is only meant to get you thinking in healthy and productive ways again. It’s like training wheels, where muscle memory will kick in and you will do all the things in your head without the need of a physical tool.
The journal will achieve three very important goals.
Helping you find new ways to incorporate more healthy and beneficial habits to integrate into your daily life.
Helping you to identify all the negative things in your life that have been holding you back. Whether it’s a not-so-great influence in the form of a family member or friend, or simply a bad habit you have been struggling to kick. The Mind Mastery journal will help you to create effective and enjoyable protocols to weed out the bad influences from your life and replace them with good ones.
The end goal is for the journal to help you reconnect with the power of your subconscious through dream recall and lucid dreaming. Once we establish better habits that facilitate relaxation, cognition and a healthy sleep cycle, the journal merges the two worlds of waking and sleeping into one, and you will improve your dialogue with that inner you.
What You Will Learn
The journal series will be constructed into the following parts:
Introduction: You’re reading and listening to it now
Training on Behavior Journal: Increasing Health and Wellness through a self-imposed tracking and reward system and observation protocol.
Training on Reflection Journal: Decreasing Tension and Negative Influences through a system of identification, rating and removal.
Training on Dream Journal: Opening the Doors of Perception and starting a dialogue with the unconscious through lucid dreaming and interpretation.
Conclusion: Recap and showing how to use all three parts of the journal together.

I know it’s hard to shift back to analog after all the ways the digital world has been thrust into your life and the lives of everyone around you. But like I keep saying, YOU NEED A BREAK.
