I've been working on my health and wellness which might be its own worthy Matrix to dismantle? If not, which science to start with - politics, economics, law? My hunch is law.
I feel there is one more "matrix" that exists as a construct that is builkt through out our lives that create our programming. I am not sure we are more than "robots" and that free will is really not something we have. I believe that we do things based on the programming we have throughout our lives and that it fairly deterministic. Our brains learn what has worked and learned what hurts and needs to be avouded so when we are given information/stimuli to process it acts as a computer that goes through alnist an expert system to determine our response. Hence why we are force fed so much programming its to influence our decisions based on what we beleve or experine.
That being said to work on this constuct that exists in our mind is to question EVERYTHING. The find and look for all the sources you can, to avoid echo chamers to challange your own belifes using critical thinking (to be honest I right leaning and while i do not think the right does everything correctly thats where my belifes lie, more of qn atomic family structure and such) so in a lot of cases both the left and the right fail critical thinking tests on things. To not let the matrix program you and to break out of bad progreamming (very very hard to do and takes a massive amout of willpower and maybe some ketimine LOL)
Before he wrote the Illumanatus Trillogy Robert Anton Wilsomn wrote a lot of books that were closer to the works of Waits or McKenna about how we are eseentially robots and questions if free will really exists. I highly sugest checking his work out.
Deep. Telling truth

Actually I think I need to escape my 9-5 Work Matrix first, can't seem to do that one for the past 5-10 years.

Yes. Much more complex than admitted.
