Those motivations are probably not "pure" --- The high spectrum won't need it, but it must not be forgotten because 1 leads to 2 and 2 leads to 3 and 3 leads to 5 and so on (fibonacci) -- progression requires a start and thus motivations can be different, but yet, those on the path must have a system to be humble about their awareness and pursuits. Yes and asking ourselves what we are in competition with. For one, healthy competition with each other, as a game of play, to be the greatest we can be is good I believe. And also, outcompeting those who commit to evil action.
Yes. Complete for the sake of the team and competition is for learning to become better (if trained and executed that way). Lots of asterisks here in the current world, this is a “nirvana” state compared to where we are now, but having that goal — seamless understanding and pursuit of trut and knowledge under the guise of competition — can be powerful. Yet, again, this requires participants to be in the right “space” — else — ego, vanity, sloth, greed —- seep in, and well —- here we are.
