"Befriending the very nature of reality saved me from insanity"—so real! 😭 I've listened to this twice now. Cried and laughed, and cried some more. It's been cathartic on many levels, past and present. The Right dose of depth, vulnerability, and loving honesty to cure personal feelings of alienation and reinvigorate the care and patience to help loved ones transmute the hurt.
