A Powerful Meditation Technique to Activate the Third Eye
Understanding the Technique
The Laser Beam Method is primarily focused on helping you to engage biologically and energetically with the pineal gland organ in your brain. If you are familiar with my light body meditation, then you know it is actually quite easy to increase blood flow and electricity to any part of the body merely by willing it to do so with your mind.
We use the same fundamental principle of that technique, to reawaken the pineal gland. From there, this meditation will help your mind and body remove physical, emotional and intellectual toxins from the gland and your brain. By tapping into the power of your epigenetics and parasympathetic nervous system, you will learn how to have real effect on your physical body, merely by shifting your focus and mentally willing your biological processes to overcome the obstacles you may face in your inner world. Whether it be a calcified and toxified pineal gland, or an overactive mind that cannot focus, this meditation will have a profound impact on you.
Although much of the understanding of the true function of the “Third Eye” is yet to be discovered by modern science, for those who have done their study, they are well aware that it is the primary faculty of our six sense and spiritual vision. Understand that while most of what The Master of Light Meditations teach are backed by credible science, just like good scientific discovery, it also operates in the intuitive, deductive and hypothetical realms, or what the spiritual community often described as “A Deep Knowing.”
So allow yourself to suspend any disbelief about what may be accomplished in this meditation practice and have a deep faith that, at the very least, I mean everything that we say about the amazing miracles of this practice.
This meditation was created to relieve and remedy two common issues for people on the spiritual path: mental focus and pineal gland function.

Use this Meditation for the Following:
If you have a history of consuming compounds such as fluoride or heavy metals through food, drink or other means.
If you suffer from attention issues such as ADD or ADHD type symptoms.
If you want to increase your mental focus.
If you have trouble relaxing during the day or before sleep.
If you notice that you miss details of situations or instructions you are given to perform a task.
How Often Should I Practice?
I would recommend that you do this meditation no more than once a day and a maximum of three times a week for the first month. As this meditation causes a body and mind detox, the initial side effects can be slightly uncomfortable. If you overdo this practice, that uncomfortability could increase past the threshold of enjoyment for the practice. Once you’ve completed a consistent month of practice, increase frequency as you see fit.

During Meditation
Mild to moderate pressure in the forehead and sometimes entire head region.
Intense feelings in the pineal region of the brain that may have a multitude of specific sensations such as: aching, pressure, sharp tingle.
An aching feeling that may go on for several minutes after the meditation.
After Meditation
New and sometimes life-changing revelations, feelings and thoughts.
A feeling of bigness or smallness in your own body or the world around you.
As if gravity is changing around you. This may feel disorienting and frightening at first, but it will subside.
